Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. The trial is time-limited and no card is required to start.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no onboarding or setup costs — you pay the monthly or annual subscription and nothing else.
Do you have special pricing for non-profits?
Yes, registered non-profits get 50%. Contact us with your registration number to apply.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We notify you as you approach a limit. Nothing is cut off; you choose whether to upgrade.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and hosted on AWS in Dublin (eu-west-1). Our controls are ISO 27001-aligned and we are working towards SOC 2 Type II.
Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. An Article 28 DPA is included in the terms for every paid plan.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Your register, vendor list, assessments and policies export at any time, including after you cancel.
